Miss Organic delivers fresh organic and biodynamic produce, nutritious whole foods and other healthy items to homes and workplaces around Melbourne. If you live beyond our delivery radius we use a friendly courier service so that you can also enjoy the best quality food around.
Delivery Days
Delivery days and time will depend on the area that you live in. Inner and some Outer Melbourne Suburbs have been assigned a particular day for delivery. If you would like your box on an alternate delivery day, no problem just call 9077 5000 or email info@missorganic.com.au before you finalise your order.
NEW delivery days as of EASTER 2011 - All deliveries that were on Tuesday will now be on Fridays. We deliver to the City twice weekly - Monday and Thursday, and Richmond and surrounding suburbs on Monday and Friday.
Please enter your postcode in the 'Check Delivery Availability' search to find out your delivery day (NOTE If your delivery day says TUESDAY on this form, it will now be delivered on FRIDAY!! we are in the process of adjusting our website, please bear with us) or to confirm whether Miss Organic is able to service your delivery zone. Some outer and greater Melbourne regions have the option of deliveries on Monday and Thursday. Simply place an order before cut off and you will receive your box on the next delivery day. Deliveries will be made during business hours.

Order Cut Off Times
Please order by Friday 1PM for Monday deliveries and by Wednesday 10:30am for Thursday and Friday deliveries. If you have missed the cut off for your delivery day, call 9077 5000 to see if we can fit you in!
Delivery Fees
Minimum order is $50 excluding delivery fee. Delivery fees are calculated on the proximity of your home to our home base as well as the courier fees in place. Please click on check availability for delivery fee to your area.
Inner Melbourne*: Delivery Fee is $8.95 on designated delivery day.
*Spend over $150 and delivery is free!
Outer Melbourne: Flat rate $8.95 per box
Greater Melbourne: Flat rate $10.95 per box
To organise a standing order, please call Miss O on 9077 5000 or email info@missorganic.com.au with your contact details. You can cancel or suspend a standing order at any time.

Not at Home?
You don’t need to be home to receive your order, but please include any special delivery instructions at the checkout so we can leave it in a safe place. We suggest that you unpack and store correctly as soon as possible to maintain the high level of freshness. Unfortunately, Miss Organic cannot be responsible for any order left unattended after delivery.
Earth Friendly
Please keep your delivery box and leave it out for us the following week for re-use. Unfortunately all couriered boxes cannot be picked up for following deliveries, so please recycle or re-use. Alternatively, arrange to drop your box off by e-mailing info@missorganic.com.au
