Healthy Inspirations
As you may know, I like to keep my food intake organic, raw, low fat, vegan and fruit and veggie based for a number of reasons: optimal nutrition, vitality, happiness, simplicity, kinder to the planet. The added bonus of eating this way is that meals are quick to prepare, or in the case of mono-meals, no preparation needed at all! In the last three months since changing from a high raw, unknowingly high fat (plenty of olive/coconut oils, nuts, avos) diet to how I am eating now, based on the inspiration of healthy, fit, happy people and the principles of 80/10/10 by Dr Doug Graham, my health and vitality is improving every day. I've tried every type of 'diet' and lifestyle imaginable and this way is definitely giving me the greatest amount of energy and happiness!
