Miss O's Whole Food Philosophy

What we provide: Fresh organic and biodynamic produce, wholefoods and any sustainable living items that we use in our homes along with healthy online resources including health related articles, blog contributions, a weekly newsletter and simple whole food recipes....  Inspiration for our community to experience optimal health.

Miss Organic philosophy is that food is nutritious, its our medicine and our energy source and through providing information and good quality whole foods we encourage our customers to keep it healthy and simple and avoid processed foods so we’ve selected a range of whole foods that we use ourselves at home that offer nutrition to the body as opposed to taking nutrients away in order to digest a “non food” that packaged food has become through processing.

We don’t sell any organic food products, including any with sugar, gluten, preservatives or additives even if they are certified organic as they are still detrimental to our health and we prefer not to sell them to you to put food on the table.  E.g. breads, flours, pasteurised milk, sugar.  We rather encourage you to keep it simple for yourselves through using whole ingredients in your food preparation and having a look at the simple recipe ideas for inspiration in the kitchen.

Before modern convenience products, degenerative disease was not prevalent as it is today.  It’s also cheaper to keep an organic home when you use wholefoods and fresh produce only.  I find that I spend a lot less money on food per week than friends who eat conventional food, take aways/fast food, restaurant meals and buy processed foods.

To make it all simple for you to prepare food with nutrition, sign up for our newsletter and we provide you with a free recipe each week, sometimes even two or three as well as have a browse through our recipe pages and other blog posts.

Our aim is to keep it simple, economical and above all healthy for our community to have strong, healthy bodies and get the most out of life.   Order one of our seasonal mixed boxes for the most nutritious, freshest, best quality organic produce around!
