By using this site and/or ordering from Miss Organic, you agree and accept our terms & conditions of use. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this site and/or our service.
2. Payment Terms
No order will be delivered without payment. If payment is late we reserve the right to charge $10.00 per week for each week it is late. We also reserve the right to charge you for any debt collection costs in the event of non payment.
3. Minimum Order
The minimum order is $50. Order under $50 will not be processed.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are listed on the delivery information section.
5. Refund Policy
Miss Organic has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not happy with a particular item. Let us know and we will refund or replace it in your next order.
To make a return, please contact us either by email or phone by 9pm the day your order is delivered. If it is after hours please leave a message on the answering machine.
Courier deliveries: Whilst the very best care is taken with produce boxes when delivered by external courier services, no responsibility can be taken by Miss Organic for any produce that arrives slightly bruised or damaged during the delivery process. If you are placing an order for delivery by couriers, please also note that ordering eggs is at your own risk and we cannot credit you for any that have been broken in transit.
ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU INFORM US BY 9PM THE DAY YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED.
6. Delivery of the Goods
In order to purchase goods from Miss Organic, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Miss Organic provides delivery services. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct by confirming these with us at the time of ordering or by checking your order confirmation.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes may be made to the delivery schedule. Any delivery times provided by Miss Organic staff are approximate times and cannot necessarily be relied upon.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Miss Organic to be authorised to receive the Goods.
If nobody is home to receive the Goods and no delivery instructions have been made, the order shall be left at the front door or in the most suitable, safest place available.
7. Unattended deliveries
Miss Organic cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We don't recommend leaving your organic produce out in the elements for long, and suggest you unpack and store correctly as soon as possible.
8. Total Price of Goods
Items in your order are charged at the price applicable at the time you submitted as shown on the invoice except:
(a) Where an item is out of stock or unavailable you will be credited for that item.
Miss Organic will provide you with a purchase order specifying the total price for the goods including credits applied and the delivery fee if any.
9. Packaging & Labeling of goods
Miss Organic aims to include on the shopping list up-to-date information. Miss Organic does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the list and recommends that you read the labels on Goods carefully before consuming.
10. Limitation of Liability
Miss Organic’s maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Miss Organic will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

Miss Organic has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we put it there. While we apologize if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk.
