Raw Organic Challenge - Impressive Results
We trust you're enjoying your delicious fresh food and the convenience of having the best quality, tastiest produce delivered to your door each week. Increasing the amount of fresh, ripe, raw organic fruit and veggies that you eat is a great way of enhancing your immune system and overall wellbeing as well as increasing your energy levels.
If you read last week's newsletter you would have met Kit, who took up my challenge and embarked on a week of purely eating raw, organic fruits and vegetables. More info here. He endured quite a cleansing experience over the first few days and then felt an increase in energy and quite a rapid drop in body fat. I have never witnessed someone jump from a low quality, high fat, processed and fast food diet to this in such a quick jump, I would love to see him go around for another week to receive even better results, but he has been challenged into trying something new for this week. I'm all up for experimentation with diet and lifestyle, after all, I've tried pretty much every way until I landed here at my healthiest, most enviro friendly lifestyle (from non organic food, blood type diet, vegetarian, paleo organic diet, high fat gourmet raw, high carb raw vegan-80/10/10), so I'll be looking out for Kit's results. Important factors to me in deciding if something is working for your body and is sustainable, is to firstly do the research to have the knowledge to make informed decisions, seek advice from people getting the results you desire and then give it a good 100% for a period of time. A nutritional programme should work and feel comfortable for you long-term, be sustainable without having to binge eat, grab stimulants or have cheat days each week because your body is lacking in some form of fuel. Blood tests also are a way of showing health improvements from a change of diet.
To me, Nature's Way is the best way. You can't find perfect health in a pill bottle or powder form, it comes straight from nature's table (or from a Miss Organic box!). Our food source was designed by nature to look, smell and taste appealing, from when you pick it out the ground/off a tree :)
The healthiest foods, being organic, ripe raw fruits and veggies not only have a positive impact on the environment (less packaging/waste/water and electricity used to produce than processed, refined, cooked products), they're more nutritious too... and as nature intended.... are so simple to obtain and enjoy straight from their 'package'.... You can receive them by simply placing your order online by 1pm Friday for Monday delivery and 10.30am Wednesday for Thursday and Friday delivery!

If you'd like extras over and above your mixed box, simply order more in by the item section.Grab some beautiful apples from Mock Biodynamic Orchards that I visited on the weekend. Lovely people, beautiful farm, delicious apples, crunchness guaranteed. Our strawberries are also very tasty, and my favourite this week, ooh laa laa oranges!
